Dr Jeanne Marshall from UQ’s School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences featured on First Bite: A Speech Therapy Podcast.
Dr Marshall discussed the differences between being a speech language pathologist in Australia compared to American and did a deep dive into research on operant versus systematic desensitisation treatment for Paediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD).
“The awareness of PFD is something that really needs to change internationally,” Dr Marshall said.
“A lot of what Feeding Matters are working so hard to do is to try and to change that.”
