To have worked toward becoming a specialist in domestic and family violence research and practice.

Have you faced any barriers as a woman?
Balancing work and domestic responsibilities.

What areas are you particularly passionate about that you would like to see change for women in the future?
That crimes against women be treated seriously, prosecuted fully and there be serious deterrents in place to stop violence against women.

Can you suggest how young women, at any stage of their career or study, can overcome barriers and progress towards gender parity?
That they keep politically active to keep the issues affecting women on the agenda.

Anything else you’d like to add?
That younger women learn that feminism is not a dirty word and without a feminist movement where we all work together for the betterment of women worldwide we will stay less equal to men.
