As Associate Dean (Research), Christina is responsible for facilitating and enhancing the research capacity of the Faculty. Key duties include provision of information, support and feedback for internal and external grant applications through workshops, readership schemes, and other grant development activities; a faculty advocacy role on University research and RHD committees and elsewhere within and beyond the university; development and enhancement of a faculty-wide culture of excellence in research and research supervision; and overseeing research management and communication within the Faculty. 

In addition to her role as Associate Dean (Research), Christina is Professor of Health Psychology and has a strong research track record in women’s health. She is an Investigator on the Australian Longitudinal Study on Women’s Health (since 1996) and  also has more general research interests in gender, lifecourse and wellbeing.
