The purpose of this study is to explore the perspectives of the food service industry workforce in relation to their understanding of swallowing disorders and their experiences in accommodating food/fluid modification requirements of people with swallowing disorders within their service.

Eligibility

In order to participate in the research, you must meet the following inclusion criteria:

  1. Be over the age of 18 years old;
  2. Work in the food service industry
  3. Be willing to participate in a one-off interview about your experience with requests to change menu items.
