Have you ever been talked over in a meeting? Or maybe you’ve had your lunch pinched from the communal fridge? Help us understand why people, like yourselves, respond to jerks at work in the ways that you do.

We are looking for working adults over the age of 18 years old who will be rostered to work a minimum of 3 days during their week of participation.

There are two simple parts to participation:

  1. a 30 min online survey where you will be invited to answer questions about yourself and your current workplace; and
  2. 7 x daily 5-10 minute surveys that you will complete in the SEMA3 app at your own convenience.

For your participation:

  1. You will receive a summary of your personal results;
  2. You will be entered into a prize-draw to win 1 of 4 x $50 gift-cards (2 x Amazon gift-cards and 2 x Coles-Myer gift-cards); and most importantly

You will help advance knowledge on how and why employees respond to workplace transgressors.  This research has direct implications to improve people’s experiences in the workplace.
