This study is to validate a new food frequency questionnaire to help us better measure dietary intake of lutein and zeaxanthin (carotenoids naturally present in vegetal raw materials).

This study is completely online, and as a participant you will be asked to answer multiple questionnaires about your usual dietary intake over four weeks.

Participant benefits:

There are no expected personal or financial benefits from participating in this research. However, possible benefits to society may result, through gain of new knowledge, and improving our understanding of population dietary L/Z intake.

Additionally, as a participant you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge about your dietary intake. At the conclusion of the study, upon request, you may opt to receive a copy of your reported dietary intake.

Eligibility:

Eligibility criteria includes being a generally healthy adult with access to an electronic device such as a computer, phone or tablet, and internet to complete the online questionnaires

You will be unable to participate if you experience a visual, hearing, or physical impairment that may prevent you from completing investigations, or no English literacy.
