Professor Jochen Mueller, from UQ’s Queensland Alliance for Environmental Health Sciences, has been awarded an esteemed Laureate from the Australian Research Council (ARC).
Professor Mueller is one of fourteen new ARC Australian Laureate Fellows, announced yesterday by the Minister for Education Dan Tehan.
The ARC Fellowship scheme aids world-class endeavours in both basic and applied research, by providing funds for academics to lead research projects in priority areas of national interest.
Professor Mueller’s Fellowship will support the development of effective predictive tools to identify emerging chemicals of concern and their exposure.
