Teaching and learning

Our award-winning academic staff combine teaching with exceptional clinical experiences and internationally recognised research to create a cutting-edge learning experience.

We focus on interdisciplinary education to make our graduates work-place ready as team members who improve health outcomes. Working with our industry network and health partners, students build on key skills and are exposed to developmental opportunities to advance their careers.

Students learn in state-of-the-art facilities from esteemed health educators, many of whom are leading practitioners in their field.

Interprofessional education

The Faculty of Health and Behavioural Sciences focuses on interprofessional education to prepare students to practice in team-based care environments. This collaborative-based care approach is at the heart of major changes in health education and is paving the way for the future of healthcare. Watch the video below to learn more about our interprofessional approach and how we are equipping students to be workplace ready.
