Incoming Nursing Exchange Students Orientation Session
Join us for an essential session where we will welcome you to the School of Nursing, Midwifery, and Social Work, and begin your journey in nursing at UQ.
We will be sharing important information about your placements, learning activities, courses (subjects) and the support available at UQ.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions, meet fellow students, and engage with your teachers.
Who should attend?
This session is designed for our incoming exchange students from VID Specialized University and Oslo Metro University.
About HMBS Orientation
Orientation Week (O-Week) is a program of social and academic activities designed to introduce students to life and study at UQ.
In addition to your program orientation session, be sure to also register for a faculty orientation session, to ensure you have all the right information and tools you need to succeed at UQ. It will also be a great opportunity to meet some like-minded students from throughout Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences, and understand how the faculty can support you in your journey.
