Bachelor of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences (inc duals)
We have several sessions planned for you to ensure we get you comfortable and familiar with tertiary life for the start of the semester. Our first event will commence at 9am with a welcome from our Head of School, followed by a general information session, applicable to all students studying within HMNS. Following this, you will switch locations and head into a Program specific session. This will be an opportunity to meet your program convenor and fellow new students, raise any questions you may have about life at university, and most importantly, gain tips on how to get the most out of your time at our school while undertaking your degree. Finally, join us for lunch and get to know your fellow students and other school members.

About HMBS Orientation
Orientation Week (O-Week) is a program of social and academic activities designed to introduce students to life and study at UQ.
In addition to your program orientation session, be sure to also register for a faculty orientation session, to ensure you have all the right information and tools you need to succeed at UQ. It will also be a great opportunity to meet some like-minded students from throughout Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences, and understand how the faculty can support you in your journey.
Click on your preferred faculty Orientation session below for full event details and a registration link (both sessions below will deliver the same content);
