Bachelor of Biomedical Science - Orientation Session
Congratulations on your decision to study as a student at The University of Queensland’s School of Biomedical Sciences. We are delighted to welcome you!
We have put together a diverse program orientation schedule to introduce you to the degree and give you an overview of what to expect in the coming years.
You will hear from some of your future lecturers and current students, the Association of Biomedical students, as well as administrative staff who will play a key role in guiding you through your degree.
This is an in-person event hosted at UQ St Lucia on Friday 21 February, finishing with a campus tour leading you to the Biomedical Student Hub for a complimentary lunch
About HMBS Orientation
Orientation Week (O-Week) is a program of social and academic activities designed to introduce students to life and study at UQ.
In addition to your program orientation session, be sure to also register for a faculty orientation session, to ensure you have all the right information and tools you need to succeed at UQ. It will also be a great opportunity to meet some like-minded students from throughout Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences, and understand how the faculty can support you in your journey.
