Professor Jolanda Jetten from UQ's School of Psychology was a panel guest on 60 Minutes' special Under Investigation episode discussing the September 11 attacks 20 years on.
"The world changed in a couple of hours in a very profound way and I guess it really left us with the sense of what's next, who are we going to become?
"At that stage I don't any of us knew really what the magnitude of it was or what it really would mean for the future."
