Consumer perceptions of safety and access to Australian digital prescription services
This study is recruiting people who have used or would consider using online prescription-based services.
These services are new to Australia, and work by asking you to fill out a quick questionnaire with your details and prescription request, before sending a digital prescription to your phone or email inbox.
What do you think of this? We want to hear your perspective.
Have your say and participate in a one-hour focus group discussion either in person or face-to-face!
Eligibility
Participants must be:
- 18 years or older
- Currently living in Australia
- Have used/are interested in using online prescription services
- Willing to participate in a one hour focus group in July/August 2022 either in person at PACE, Dutton Park or online via Zoom®
Participant Benefits
Those who participate in the study in person will be provided with parking at PACE, as well as a free meal and refreshments for their time. Virtual participants will be offered a $20 gift card for their participation. Participants will also be contributing to improving the quality and safety of online prescription services in Australia.
