UQ objective evaluation of the sit-stand e-Guide
Researchers are seeking volunteers from UQ to help evaluate their training program to support appropriate sit-stand desk use.
Participation involves wearing an activity monitor, having a monitor attached to your desk, completing questionnaires, and undertaking the online training program.
Eligibility
To participate, you need to:
- Have regular access to a sit-stand workstation either at the office or at home
- Be working using your sit-stand workstation at least three days a week (≥ 20 hours/week).
- Have not undertaken any formal training in sit-stand desk use in the past 12 months
UQ staff and HDR students who meet these criteria are eligible. If you use a hot desk, you will need to access the same desk for the duration of the study.

Participants will receive a personalised report of their activity levels and enter the draw to win one of four $100 Coles vouchers.
