In this research we are trying to test the accuracy of physical activity measurement methods in physical activity studies.

What is involved:

  • Wearing a watch for seven days and will be given an information sheet with how and when to wear this device. This will be delivered to you.
  • During the seven days of device wear, you will be asked to fill out a quick questionnaire (less than one minute) on your mobile phone via a free app, six times a day to see what activity you are doing and how you perceive the activity intensity to be.
  • Returning the monitor after your involvement in the study.
  • The research team can provide you with an individual summary of your results if you wish.
