About this research

Educators, including teachers and other school staff, have a higher risk for experiencing workplace stress and burnout due to the challenging nature of their work.

This project will test a brief, online wellbeing workshop for school staff grounded in acceptance and commitment therapy and the related approach of compassion-focused therapy (CFT) that seeks to prevent burnout.

Outcomes will focus on professional quality of life, including burnout, and psychological adjustment.
