Are you over the age of 60? Do you have difficulties with vision? Would you like to help develop new tools for checking brain health?

Researchers are looking for people with vision difficulties to develop a new version of a widely used assessment of brain health – the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). The visit should take around 20 minutes and  can be scheduled at a time to suit you. 

The study is recruiting people with vision problems who have either i) normal cognition or ii) are living with dementia.

Eligibility 

  • Aged over 60 years
  • Have difficulties with vision (e.g. need glasses for driving or other activities)
  • Have normal cognition or are living with dementia

Participant benefits 

Participants will received a $30 reimbursement for travel costs and time.
